Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These terms cover use of this website and set out the ground rules for working with us. The detail of any engagement lives in the signed agreement, and that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
Using this site
You may read this site and use the booking form for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send anything unlawful. The content, design, code and brand on this site belong to us.
What we sell
We build and operate lead generation and appointment booking systems. Engagements are described on the system page and confirmed in a written agreement before any work starts. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates an engagement on its own.
Fees and ad spend
- Fees are as set out in your agreement. The monthly service is billed monthly in advance.
- Advertising spend is separate and is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms. It does not pass through us and is not included in our fee.
- Monthly engagements run month to month unless your agreement says otherwise. Either side may end them with notice as set out there, and there is no cancellation fee.
- Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refundable.
What we need from you
To do the work, we need you to:
- Give us the access we ask for, and keep it active.
- Answer questions and review work within a reasonable time. Delays on your side move the timeline.
- Make sure anything you give us to use, such as logos, images, testimonials, video and claims about your business, is accurate and yours to use.
- Have someone available to take the appointments the system books.
Contacting people
Where we operate messaging, email or calling on your behalf, you are responsible for making sure every contact in your lists has given the consent the law requires, and for keeping proof of it. We will not knowingly contact anyone without a lawful basis, and we may refuse to send to a list we believe is not compliant.
Automated calling and text messaging are regulated, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in the United States, and platform rules limit how many automated messages and calls can be sent. We will tell you what those limits are and will operate inside them. You agree not to ask us to operate outside them.
What the AI does and does not do
The system uses automated assistants to answer enquiries, ask qualifying questions, book appointments, send reminders and follow up. These systems are not perfect. They can misunderstand, and they can produce a wrong answer. We write and tune the instructions, you approve them, and you remain responsible for the statements made about your business, your pricing and your availability.
The AI does not negotiate, close sales, give professional advice, or make decisions that need a person. Your team does that.
Results
We do not guarantee a number of appointments, a cost per appointment, a show rate, a conversion rate or an amount of revenue. Advertising results depend on your offer, your pricing, your market, your sales team and the platforms themselves, and none of those is fully in our control. Any figure discussed in a call, a proposal or on this website is an example or a past result, not a promise about your outcome.
Who owns what
- You own your brand, your content, your data, your customer lists and your advertising accounts.
- You own the campaigns, pages, automations and account configuration we build inside your accounts, and they stay with you when the engagement ends.
- We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, internal tooling and anything we developed before or outside your engagement. You get the benefit of them while we work together.
Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other’s confidential information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This continues after the engagement ends.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end a monthly engagement with the notice set out in the agreement. On ending, you pay for work done up to that point, we hand back access and any materials that belong to you, and we stop operating your accounts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Your signed agreement is not changed by an update to this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
